Terms and Conditions for SYV Course Purchases

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of the SYV courses offered by Alkhami Consultancy and Training Ltd (“Alkhami”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing our courses, you (“the learner”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. Courses and Fees

  • Distance Learning Stage 1: £895.00
  • Manager’s Distance Learning: £995.00

 

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment for courses must be made in full prior to the start of the course. Payment can be made via Stripe.

4.2. If you opt for split payments, these must be agreed upon before the start of the course. The payment schedule will be as follows:

  • Distance Learning Stage 1: Three instalments of £298.33 each.
  • Manager’s Distance Learning: Three instalments of £331.67 each.

4.3. Restricted access to the course materials will be granted upon receipt of your first payment.

4.4 Full access will be granted once full payment has been received.

 

5. Refund Policy

5.1. You have the right to cancel your course enrollment within 14 days of signing the agreement for a full refund.

5.2. To cancel your enrolment, you must contact us via email at info@alkhami.co.uk within the 14-day period.

5.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

5.4. After the 14-day period, refunds will not be provided, and any outstanding monies will be due, and will be pursued, except in exceptional circumstances which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

6. Delivery of Services

6.1. All courses are delivered via our online learning portal.

6.2. Course materials include:

  • Online Access to Pre-Recorded Webinars and Masterclasses
  • Interactive Quizzes, Exercises, and Assessments
  • Access to well-organized and engaging content
  • Connection to a community of practitioners
  • Support from tutors and coaches

 

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All course materials and content are the intellectual property of Alkhami and are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use during the course.

7.2. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, or use the course materials for any purpose other than your personal learning.

 

8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

8.2. By enrolling in our courses, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Support and Access

9.1. You will receive support from our tutors and coaches throughout your course.

9.2. You will have access to the course materials for the duration of the course as outlined in your course agreement.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. In the event of a dispute, you should first contact your course tutor or the course manager, Cheryl White.

10.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved, you may escalate it to the Managing Director/CEO of Alkhami, Teswal White.

10.3. If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be referred to the appropriate legal authorities as governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

 

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

 

12. Agreement Termination

12.1. This agreement will terminate upon completion of the course or if you withdraw from the course in accordance with our refund policy.

12.2. Alkhami reserves the right to terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
